When do message counts reset?
Every day, on every plan. Paying yearly doesn't change the daily numbers, just the price.
What happens when I hit the limit?
You stop until tomorrow, or you upgrade. Hard limits mean there is never a surprise overage charge on any plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect from the next billing date. Moving from monthly to yearly credits the rest of your month against the year.
How do I cancel?
From Settings in the chat, whenever you like. Monthly plans renew each month; cancel before the renewal date to stop the next charge.
What is a Deep Research report?
A longer, sourced write-up that reads much more of the archive before it answers. Unlimited includes 4 a day, and they are yours to keep and download.
What is Private Mode?
A model that runs on sealed hardware, with nothing kept on our servers. It comes with Unlimited.
